I feel like being a bit shallow and well... I have a lot of free time and I want to do something fun. So I thought, 'hey Gossip Girl, I haven't really loved you that much lately but if I watch episodes in a row and now that I don't have that much to worry about - perhaps you'll approve?' and then, I decided to do a marathon. And I need your help to figure out which episode should be included in that marathon.

[Poll #1318435]

First, Poison Ivy is already a given, because I adore that episode, but I thought I'd throw it in there anyway. Secondly, the less I see of J, the better, since she's far from my favourite character, but don't let that stop you in voting. I can always skip her scenes. So, feel free to vote, it would be really kind of you. Also, I need something to keep me from taking my #5695865 nap today.

Feel free to motivate your answers below :D

I'm still a lot behind of my flist and I still won't be able to comment for another few days. My brain is dead, I bought a new magazine, some new clothes, got a little less than half Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows left (not sure if I like it yet, WHERE ARE MY BABIES?!) and I just feel generally uninspired. However, I do still love my John Simm &hearts , Dexter, Doctor Who, Heroes (I'm not in the mood of watching returns of it, so therefore there's little squeeage at the moment, but it will come really soon. Heroes friends, hang in there ;)) and all those other shows I'm seriously neglecting. I haven't been able to see an episode of Supernatural since Bloody Mary a few days ago but I'll see what I can do about it.

I'm thinking about ordering make-up from EverydayMinerals.com, has anyone else bought make-up there? Is it good?

*sigh* Gonna watch some old!Doctor Who (it's good but they talk too bloody much at times and it makes my head even deader. They need to show things more rather than just explain it) and then there's Midsomer Murders ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ (you can't have summer without Midsomer Murders!). Then I'm off to bed and tomorrow I will paint a house at work and hopefully finish Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Would anyone be interested in a reaction post for me or has everyone done it too many times already?

Also, stealing this idea from [livejournal.com profile] anythingbutgrey because I thought it'd be fun (don't hate me if you think parroting *this isn't an essay or such but still... I like the word 'parroting'* is really bad)

I heard David Tennant this evening on Radio 2. I still haven't listened to David this morning when he was on Radio 1 (I got it right, yeah?). Anyway, he was awesome but there was one question in the interview which I found rather interesting (of course) and it was: "Who is your favourite assistant?" and well... David wasn't saying anything and then the host sort of helped out (I swear all of these people are being bribed into pimping Martha :/ Okay, maybe not but I still have my doubts) by saying: "I bet it is the new one." and since he's there promoting season three, of course he's going to agree (I mean, how would it look if he more or less said for example, Rose, when he knows that some of the viewers will have a difficulty accepting Martha? Also during the middle of season four. Some could take it as the third season isn't as good as the second, for example). To the point was that immediately after he'd agreed to that he said 'And Billie' (meaning Rose).

As you know I am having difficulty accepting Martha, not because I refuse to believe that Rose is gone or that I don't want to (I REALLY want to like her, I really do). Therefore I just can't understand that someone could pick Martha over Rose. It's just... no. The current trailers have given me a bad vibe, I admit, however the preview of Martha in action (sort of say) made me hopeful but I still remain somewhat on the hesitant side towards her. Rose was my heroine. She looked like a stupid bimbo in the beginning (a bit) but you just... you just loved her. After two seasons I really could relate to her even though I had in the beginning thought that this would be a character I could never relate to, although I might like her.

And this would be my first companion change. Unlike all those Old!Who fans who grew up with the old series. They were accustomed to the change in cast, while I, have only experienced one Doctor generate to another. But Rose was still there, and now I have to deal with her going. Which is probably the biggest thing I'd ever have to deal with in a fandom (makes me sound as if I have a problem with her leaving which I sort of don't while I do - if that makes any sense). I knew from the start that the 9th Doctor would regenerate to the 10th because there was a bunch of David Tennant icons. But Rose? I didn't expect it. Not at all. Well, maybe a little bit but you could never really get it out of your head that she was gone. Gone. As in never coming back.

Now I've sort of understood that, and my problem is now accepting the new companion after accepting the depature of the old one.

Anyway. That was my long Doctor Who talk (I swear, this fandom can keep me talking and the material that is coming out now so close to the return of this wonderful programme is enough to write a book on). I needed to get that out of the system (even though... well, I don't know.).

On the bus this morning there was a ticket checker. Darn. I didn't have an ID, so she wrote me up on some list, whatever that meant. No idea though. First I thought I had ended up in a chater bus and was like: "What bus did I step into?" and there was this sign on her clothes that said she was there to sort of check something but I was still not really reacting: "What a weird thing to have on your uniform as a travel guide", I thought. It wasn't until she announced (after that very chater like 'Good morning all') that she was there to check the tickets that I reacted.

So now I have to get an ID.

Now, did you manage to read the entire entry? Well, in that case - here's a cookie. *gives a cookie* Now I have to return to Spanish.

OOOOOOHHH! Speaking of which: I need your help!
We're taking on new courses next year and we have to choose them next week and I have to remove a language to be able to read other courses. Which one should go?

Also, I'm more likely to visit France than Spain in the future. If that helps. Also French is a bigger language in Europe than Spanish.
