I was browsing through LJ and I got the idea to start using Component again as a theme and then when I looked to see what layout it was that was my latest Component layout, I fell in love with it all over again. You know how you've all had a few God blessed weeks without that much John Simm squee? From me, at least.

I don't know if I should slam my head against my desk or embrace the hotness and loveliness that is John Simm. You see, even though it's exceedingly fun and every day is Christmas... It can become tiresome. 'Cause then I'll have my head filled with Simm 24-7. Not in a stalker-ish kind of way but in a way that I drool at everything I see and I get a really huge need to see his movies.

Now, who's the villan in this drama you might ask? Who was it that put me in this agony-filled heaven? Well, I point my finger at THIS post (even though I love my Simm, I must say that he should eat a little... *avoids my sister's piercing gaze* He looks a bit too thin)

Consider me eternally doomed.

I'M DONE WITH MY MASTER FICATHON ASSIGNMENT!!!! Wohooo!!! I've sent it to flawedthoughts but if anyone else feels like betaing it... (I have a feeling she's busy) Lemme know. Anyway, it wasn't as hard as the Nine/Rose fic I wrote that was filled with clichés, but I've been lazy, you see. Very, very lazy. It didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped, but at least I got to write my own "how the Master comes back to life" fic, which I'm a bit nervous about, because I don't know... it might be a little bit convenient but as someone said: "Sci-fi doesn't really have any real rules". I'm going with that. Taking it to my heart and all.

Unrelated but yet related: JOHN SIMM!!! ♥ I must see at least one of his movies or other projects that-are-not-Life-on-Mars-and-Doctor-Who. *sobs* Anyone?

Also, Alan Rickman is kind of drool-worthy. Can anyone explain it his supersexy voice doesn't count because well... he's even a bit attractive when he doesn't speak. Damn, now I want to watch Alan Rickman movies also. There's no end to my fangirlness these days it seems.

I'm back from my dad which means - COMPUTER TIME!!!! Woho!

I will therefore try to do the following things during the rest of my summer: LJ, write fan fictions, write my reply for the Master ficathon (going great, anyone up for betaing? flawedthoughts, anythingbutgrey, yourfavoritesky?), listen to music, make icons and stuff like that. I have these Master/Lucy vids in my head so if anyone wants to make one, I can give you song suggestions ;)

I won't be able to check everything you wonderful people have written so if there's anything supercool or stuff that you want me to check out, don't hesitate to give me a link (really, don't hesitate, just paste it all in there :D) it's just a flist on over +700 pages isn't really what I want to spend the rest of my day reading (I'm a member in too many communities *cries*)

Now I'm gonna fix some John Simm goodness because I STILL LOVE HIM SO!!! *fangirl squee*

Lucy/Master icons + Just Like Heaven (movie) icons. 60 icons in total (it's almost like I planned it! :D).

My birthday is in two weeks and I can't figure out what I want. Okay, something that's not completely insane like... well, if you've read my entries at all this week, I can guess that you can guess what I'm thinking about *feels a bit funny and stupid on the same time* Oh, now I do know :D

Mini-wishlist for my birthday:
01. All classic Doctor Who episodes that can be found online burned down on a disc and sent to a mailbox near me
02. All Life on Mars episode, just like stated above.
03. Paid account (one can never have too much of that :P)

Anyway, I'm a huge silly mood and I'm totally writing a Life on Mars/Doctor Who crossover. Just so you'll get a little taste:

“DN…” Gene seemed to have trouble getting the words out without shouting, “DNA?” He suddenly turned to Sam, “Is this some fucking joke, Tyler?!” Some of the Gov’s spit landed on Sam’s cheek as his boss’ face had the same colour as a tomato.

Still very much unbetad but in context it will be hilarious (or so I think). I just have to force a certain someone to put Twilight aside and watch heaps and heaps of Life on Mars so they can beta ;)

I really should fangirl Heroes some, but I feel as if I'm suddenly very bored with American television in general. It's so... American. Too many filler episodes sometimes, too much babble about how ratings are more important than quality. Also, there's a distinct lack of Simm in anything American ;) Okay, I wasn't serious about the last bit sort of, I was just being a dork as always ;)

Can't believe it's my birthday in a week.

I saw a 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix: Behind the Magic' documentary on television yesterday and I'm definitely feeling the Evanna Lynch love. She's the perfect Luna. Her voice is sort of dreamy and abstract and just... very Luna-like. Also, I was definitely feeling the Harry/Luna love.

In conclusion I'm rather certain that this will be the best Harry Potter movie yet. It's extremely true to the book from what I've seen and... squee!

I can't stop using John Simm icons. Just... look how cute he is! :D If I don't, I feel like something's missing. I shall go youtubing later on after I've taken a shower. After that I'm off to work. *sigh* Apparently it's gonna be a lot of stuff that I have to do tomorrow *headdesk* Also I hope I'll have a chance to continue to write my Lucy/Master fic because... they pwn.

Also, I've made a couple of icons, anyone want me to post them? There is 29 Just Like Heaven icons (I love that movie!) and 31 Master/Lucy icons so far. I'll make some Harry Potter icons to go with it.

Edit: I just found this on a site. This is what Evanna Lynch said when she was asked who she ships in the book:

Did I say that she's the sweetest ever? I could have some comments about her shipping Harry/Ginny but Luna/Dumbledore FTW! :D

I love love love love love love British shows. I mean, American ones are made 100+ a year and most of them are crap but... British ones are quality. Or at least generally much more enjoyable than American ones because American ones tend to go mostly on clichés while British ones are more reality-based. Or at least that's how I've seen things.

I'm rewatching Life on Mars while introducing my sister to it and it's so much love. Annie/Sam is one of those ships I really love. I can understand the Gene/Sam love, but I'm not a fan of it in that way. I love their friendship and how it really doesn't work most of the time.

I want to see more British shows (I've got my interest peaked) and I've seen Doctor Who, Torchwood, Life on Mars and Skins. Are there any other good shows out there that are worthy of a watch?

Edit: *headdesk* I forgot, I've also seen Hex, Fawlty Towers and Midsomer Murders (I tried Robin Hood but I almost fell asleep when I saw the pilot)

For you who don't know, John Simm has invaded the Doctor Who fandom and made it his own. He couldn't settle with Life on Mars, no, he had to go and be awesome on Doctor Who as well. ...... OMG I HEART HIM SO MUCH!!!!!!! Erhm... Yes, I'm quite sane.

Just to further prove this point, I wanted to tell you how many Doctor Who icons I have on my computer (not counting David Tennant or Billie Piper photoshoot icons etc. but from the actual show): ..... 758!!!! It's actually too little because sometimes I have a huge trouble finding icons to use from my folder but now I've made it a wieee bit easier by putting all the icons in categories based on seasons. Of course 90% of my season three folder is now filled with John Simm. He totally came on and owned everyone.

I wrote a new chapter to my Molly/Micah story (MAN, I should give this series a name because calling it Molly/Micah when there's so much else going on as well would be kinda.. weird. And it's annoying how I have to keep listing 'Molly/Micah' so people know it's that series... So, maybe I should think of a name).

I am totally ignoring my Doctor Who summer ficathon entry right now. IF I CAN'T SEE IT THEN IT'S NOT THERE. *hides eyes and pretends I'm a three year-old*

I've neglected Heroes so much, or so it feels like, but I refuse to "get my groove on" until the last episode of Doctor Who has aired. Why? Because I'm totally Simm-owned. However, he and I haven't fixed the legal papers yet. People seem to be against slavery for some reason...

OTHER HAPPY NEWS (other than me being John Simm's slave...): I've worked my final bit of overtime at work now so I'll start going home at 14.00 (2 PM) like normal now. Yay! No more 16.00 (4 PM)!!!
