I'm just sitting here at my father's, after a good cold shower (it's about five hundred degrees at mom's and outside) and reading some Mulder/Krycek fan fiction.

It's been such a long time since I've ever squeed about Mulder/Krycek, but they are a huge love. Just reading fan fiction makes me want to print it out, sit and read it now that I don't have Pride and Prejudice in my hands (which, by the way, is a pretty slow book - perhaps good, but incredibly slow).

I don't know what it is but X-Files fan fiction, at least some - really feels like writing to me. Sure, they might not start the way I like but there's a sense of detail that I think have been lost these days.

Well, now back to my fan fiction.

I can't read Pride and Prejudice. No matter how hard I try.

Well, it is rather difficult. I look forward being through with it and see the movie :)

I totally agree on Pride and Prejudice. Its a slow book, and while you're reading it, its like "OMFG WHEN WILL IT END?!" But I love it. And after finishing it, I was like "OMGZ! That is such a good book!" Its now one of my favorites. And I've reread it once since I had to read it as a senior in high school. But I do agree, its so amazingly slow it isn't even funny.

How so?

I use to remember how I loved X-Files fan fics. Somehow they are just very precious to me. It just seemed when I started that not everyone wrote them, just some few, unlike now when I think it seems as if most people write them
