i take it back - i hate this ipod

Stupid, idiotic extremely vexing idiot of an iPod.

Seriously.

I hate it. More than that, I loathe it. I cannot tell you how much I despise it.

Now I've FINALLY managed to upload x amount of songs and I was watching a movie on it, that I was really excited about, and then I pressed pause to do some stuff and then later when I returned, it's completely dead.

I mean SERIOUSLY DEAD. It doesn't even react when I put it into my stupid computer.

Grrrr.

I know it's Christmas and whatnot but right now I feel prone to violence. Extreme, excessive iPod violence. And screaming.

Stupid idiotic thing. I was so damn looking forward to a nice little night with me, the iPod and Wanted. Sadly, it seems like it just going to be me.

Damn. This stuff is so infuriating I could scream (in fact I probably already have, sorry about that [livejournal.com profile] lovednone).

Why does it feel like it has been nothing but trouble since second #1?

IS it broke? Or did the battery run out? I remember it happened to my old iPod and I couldn't plug it into the computer because it would try to updated but didn't have enough power to do so, I ended up having to charge it with the wall charger first.

I think the screen froze and went all black and sort of nothing can change it. It happened to my little sister, or so she claims, when she got her classic, but she says you just have to wait. Which I did and now when I woke up, it told me to load it, which I am doing right now.

Also, iTunes says that there's this new program around that you can install that checks for errors or something, but my sister has a theory that it wipes out everything you have on your iPod, is that true?

I haven't heard anything about the program. I hate when something happens to my iPod and I have to sync 5000 songs on it.

That actually happened to me when I first got my iPod. I had to reset the entire thing, but hasn't given me any trouble in the five years I've had it since.

I hope it works out for you. Really, I do.

Wow. I'm so happy I didn't need to reset it (I just had to wait till the battery ran out and now while I'm loading it it seems to behave normally).

I'm beginning to be optimistic but I'm hesitant to trust it :P

My rommie has the same hate for iPods. She completely hates them - from experience..
