Merlin thoughts

When I saw the ads for Merlin, I thought the guy who played him looked like an alien, but now I've come to realize that he's all kinds of adorable. ♥ And so far (I'm 12 minutes in), I really like what I've seen of Morgana so far. I really like her role in the Arthur saga, especially in Mists of Avalon, which I thought was a splendid book.

I was very much surprised to see Eve Myles as Lady Helen. But it was a nice surprise.

This show is so much fun and I don't know what it is, but magic always intrigues me so.

I'm really a bit Morgana/Merlin but I'm also Morgana/Arthur. Guinevere/Arthur never did much for me, personally.

Wtf is this about making Morgana seem evil in the third episode? I'm really sad. Someone please tell me if she's actually evil. I don't want her to be. PLEASE?! *is terribly anxious*

Do you mean the dark-haired woman in the teaser that looks very similar to Morgana? That's actually Nimueh, a different character altogether. Nobody's entirely certain why they got two actresses who look that much alike.

Phew. Now I can breathe :D I blame the quality. I'm watching streamed episodes so they looked pretty... identical and I guess I sort of saw the dark hair and went all 'nooooooo!!!!' But now I can be calm :D Yayness :D I kind of love Merlin. It's really... intriguing and I already have a few fics in my head :D

The new one. It's actually pretty good and quite imaginative, although they've changed around a few things, although it doesn't bother me at least :)
