I did the unthinkable. I watched the two new episodes of One Tree Hill. And it's not bad. Or at least, as bad as it used to be. What saddens me though is that the show is so predictable and that the fans have sort of taken over it. I'm not much of a Haley/Nathan fan (Haley/Lucas FTW :D) and I dislike Lucas/Peyton extremely, so that puts me at a disadvantage. I just wish they'd do something that would be... realistic, or at least something that would develop the characters. They keep recycle the relationships on this show so much that it's insane. I just hope that Lucas stays with his editor girlfriend (it's obviously serious and having him break up with her for Peyton is just... crazy) or get married to Haley - she doesn't even have to change her last name. I love that Lucas is kind of Jamie's dad. Nathan needs to get his shit together. I get the pain he's going through but he was well... he's always kind of been a bit too fond of the shallow things in life. I'm thinking about starting to watch *headdesk* But that is because the boy that plays Jamie (aka. the Naley lovechild) is so FRICKIN' ADORABLE. Seriously. ♥

Anyway, no more talk of that. OTH is so weird these days... I stopped watching somewhere in the beginning of season three, if I remember correctly, and I'm so glad I did. But oh well, I hope I'll be surprised but I highly doubt it. In a way, I'm kind of over that show but it has some elements I like (Lucas/Haley :D)

I don't usually watch OTH but I was kind of interested in the four years later storyline... I wasn't THAT impressed, but Jamie was too cute for words I loved the scene when he was hanging out with Lucas and the guys, hanging upside down as Haley came in and saying "Hi momma!"

Yeah. I'm not that impressed either (dunno if it sounded like that :P) but at least it's a bit better than how it was before. Jamie was adorable and I've been a Haley/Lucas fan since season one, so I'm really happy they are getting a lot of scenes :P Makes me prone to squee, even though the show as a rule, is about as good as... I can't find an equivalence. Haley/Lucas scenes remind me of the good old days, which is good. also makes me wanna write fics where Haley and Lucas fall in love but ultimately she goes back to try to help Nathan
