I just saw the best interview ever. Of all time. And I don't just say that because it was with Al Gore (pre-Live Earth but interesting nonetheless) but it's mainly because of the interviewer. Even though her English was slow, she was absolutely superb. Seriously, imagine asking all those awkward political questions that you never hear in the US... Examples of what she more or less said:

"Why are the US so lousy when it comes to changing their minds about the environment?"
"Are you running for presidency again?"
"Why aren't you running for president again?"
"What are the worst mistakes Bush's made, in your opinion?"
etc. etc.

She made a Borat reference that apparently scored some points with the old vice president and now also my hero because he gets why I don't see the US as a democracy. Anyway, this interviewer... I mean she interviewed... well, everybody. That journalist that is in house arrest in Burma, Russia's former president... you name them and she's probably interviewed them. I was perhaps one of the best TV interviews I've seen. And you know, all those issues that's been brought to the surface again with Gore winning the Peace Prize were also mentioned. I'm sad I didn't get to see the entire thing.

hm, okay, I suspected it was her, but you never said if she was from Sweden, so got a bit insecure. I saw that interview when it aired on TV several months ago. An okay interview, but nothing that special in my eyes, I think..
