Episode thoughts: Heroes

I never realized how attractive Ando is. Seriously. When he was with Papa Hiro (♥ ) he was looking fiiine. Now if that's a biproduct of the Asian dramas I've been watching that's made me more appreciative towards the Asians and the asian languages, I don't know. But he certainly takes up a lot more attention now than before. He's sort of becoming Ando rather than "Hiro's best friend".

I like the adult storyline a lot more than the "contemporary" storyline with Mohinder, Molly, Parkman, Claire, Peter, Nathan (omg, did I say that?! O_o) because well... I find it much more rewarding. It's a complex situation and there's so much backstory and moral greyness and it's just a joy to watch. Also, I sort of hope that Papa Hiro has the ability to come back to life because he PWNED the episode together with Ando and Angela.

Maybe it's because I'm spoiled by Adrian Pascar's always wonderful performance that I'm not mentioning him more. I'm used to him being awesome and making Petrellicest canon since 2006. Also, I got this twisted triangle in my head with Elle/Peter/Nathan.

Speaking of triangles. Once again I'm certain that Heroes are notorious for their incest pairings. The new sibling couple... maaaaaan. Awe-some. Poor babies. If the brother disappears somehow though, I will be very disappointed. He's the appeal whereas I'm a bit indifferent towards the chick. I have a problem with female actresses in general, in particular the great-looking ones because I'm against the whole "need to look great" message that's in today's society. Males can look like crap and still be in a show and be awesome where it's mandatory for a chick to always look her best.

Peter, you're good but without Nathan, you don't hold as much appeal (although still some but not much)

oh yes, I forgot to mention that... Ando did indeed suddenly look pretty fine. His hair too!
And I think it's cause he has changed from some whimpy sidekick who followed his somewhat insane friend and who was obsessed by an online stripper... into a kind of buisnessman like assistant to super-dad

the adult storyline is cool and kinda confusing. We don't know who they are and who's on who's side and what sides they are... are any of them good?

Nathan needs to shave. Period.

Yeah. He sort of became... superhunk whereas Hiro is following his superhero career ;) Maybe Ando's hotness is a new power? ^^

I don't find it confusing, I find it mysteriously compelling ;) And I love that we don't know whether they're evil or not :D

lol. But I still love him ;) I'm kinda interested to know why he didn't die.

well, confusing was a bad word
what I meant is that we know nothing and stuff... and yes, it's compelling

my theory as to how Nathan could survive (which I had right after the finale) is that he would drop Peter at a high enough altidude and then fly away you know
although, that burn/Scar/thing in the mirror? Was it something that was healed? Was it emotional? What he thought he could've become? Yadda yadda yadda


I actually don't ship anyone
and certainly not Paire (I like them as sibling though ^^)

Ahem, anyway... I think Ando looks really good in a suit. I'm hoping Hiro's dad will come back too... my head can't accept that they killed my favorite guest star. (Star Trek fan here)

No, it just ads to the angst ;) Nothing can stop the love ;) We all know that they are gay for each other. Although I totally admit that Mohinder and Matt living together completely created a new ship *contemplates fic* Sylar just wants to fight to keep his slave love and there's a good deal of "you moved on?" angst potential ;)

Ando = best looking dude ever + the one who got the best make-over.
Nathan = even though he looks extremely sexy, the one who got the worst make-over :( Sorry baby.

He'll come back. They always come back ;) Or at least most of the time.

Hm, that's true. I'm eagerly awaiting Sylar's return now. As for Matt/Mohinder... I didn't consider it before but I thought it was pretty interesting how it came off as the two of them playing happy family with Molly as their kid. ;) And hey, Matt did get divorced...

Lol, I actually laughed when I first saw Nathan. I'm just not a beard loving girl, except for when it comes to Gerald Butler.

Ando is getting to be quite the handsome man, I do agree!

Speaking of Papa Hiro, I loved the scene with him and Angela where he says he tried to redeem himself by helping his son and "how have YOU helped YOUR sons????" Sock it to her, Papa.
