Dreams and thoughts (I suck at titles)

Some clothes are just too pretty and it makes me cry. Specifically, this site makes me cry. Some clothes there are too pretty for words. Do you have an online shop that you LOVE? Feel like giving me some links? I love looking at the different things that Internet sites offer. I'd like to pretend I'm Paris Hilton (but with a good reputation) so I can buy all the things I want.

Speaking of imagining. I've started writing my original story. I'm not sure if anyone has heard about it here on LiveJournal... Have you? Anyway, I was wondering if anyone would like to read it once it's done (no half-finished things here, no no, I am a new woman... er, teenager... woman... ish).

I saw Beck: Enslingen today. All you Swedes know about the show, of course. And it's decent. The acting (especially from Mikael Persbrandt ♥) is awesome (at least concerning MP, Per Haber I cannot vouch for since I don't really care about him. Sad but true.) Sometimes I think that Peter Stormare, Mikael Persbrandt and Stellan Skarsgård should all three do a movie together. Stellan and Peter are obviously friends but I can't help but contemplate how and if, Mikael would/gets along with the other two... Would be kind of awesome, wouldn't it? Three of Sweden's notable actors, all together in one movie... *dreams*

Anyway... Here's a little quote from that movie that I kind of loved (except the terms that they use to mention homosexuals):

Gunvald: Jag känner till en trevlig liten bögklubb som är populär bland poliser (sträcker ut armen) Hänger du med?
Wersén: .... Ja, varför inte?
(de båda går iväg, skattandes lite - om jag minns rätt - i armkrok)

Translation-ish:

Gunvald: I know this nice little gay bar that's popular among cops (reaches out his arm) Are you coming?
Wersén: ... Yeah, why not?
(they walk away together, laughing a bit - if I remember correctly - walking out arm in arm (that's so not the right expression, is it? :P *headdesk*))

Jag älskar TopShop.com brukar gå in där flera gånger i veckan och längta efter deras kläder... sedan är det väl mest internetshoppar med band t-shirtar jag går in på. http://www.80stees.com/ har ganska roliga och snygga t-shirtar, inte bara musik :) (vill ha Rolling Stones och Bowie t-shirts!)

Topshop har fina saker, men jag tror faktiskt att Ellos (!) är en av mina favoritbutiker. Vissa plagg de har är jätteintressanta.

Well, I still love H Naoto as well as Atelier Boz. Both Japanese stores.
For some reason I haven't poked around lately at online clothing stores...

I can't put my finger on it but there's something that just puts me off.
Then again I'm quite irked with Sedish actors in general (at least when they are acting in Swedish. Yep... I have problems with movies/tv in Swedish *shakes head* it's my handicap XD)

CafePress so owns everything.
And damn it's easy to earn money there O.o

well, you put up your own stuff on CafePress. Set how much money you want to earn for each thing (like. they have a base price for a t-shirt. Lets say $15, and you add $3 as your provision. So for each shirt that sells with that print that you made you will earn 3 bucks. Nice eh?)
You can get the money sent to you after a certain amount (you set that) or you can just set it to some very high sum (think I have mine at like $500) and just use the money on the site itself.
I think I've earned around $100 actually. Used a lot of it buying shirts and badges though XD

Do you have to make the stuff and send them and so on? Or how does it work? I'm desperate to buy some things there. Like a couple of pins, a few shirts etc. I found this great 'Harold Saxon for Prime Minister' hoodie that was gorgeous :D

you make stuff in some graphics program (like Photoshop) in high resolution 8there are templates to download for it, that gives you the right size and dpi etc)
then you just upload it on your account. Decide which garments and stuff you want it on and set a provision.
And then you wait.

It was quite some time ago that I uploaded new stuff and I just ignore it. But now and then I get an email saying someone has bought something and whooppa, money to me.
So once your stuff is up you don't need to care anymore and just let money roll in.


Just buying is easy. That's like any other store ^^
just click on pretty stuff, proceed to check out and pay with your credit card and then wait for the nice (and sucky) postal service to get it to your door.

I have mostly geeky stuff XD
I used to have two Serenity prints with River in silhouette. But there was an Universal purge going on there and even if I escaped I decided to take those two down since they were copyright infrigments ^^;;
Sadly those two were the ones that sold the most but well... might put them up sometime again.

If you have earned lets say 50 dollars, and your order is on $28 (inclulding shipping) you just check the box that says something like "pay with CafeCash" and you won't get a bill, just a recepit.
If you've earned $50 but order for $60 you will of course have to pay those extra 10 dollars. Simple as that.
