What to write? I have a new look on my journal and I'm sure I'll OD my userpics place soon with [livejournal.com profile] killprettyx's gorgeous icons. I'm looking for more Gilmore Girls icons to use. Know any?

Anyway. I'm currently taking a break off from every fandom I've ever written [besides Harry Potter who desperately awaits to see how much I've screwed him up] to write something little bit more fun. So I'm leaving the floor to Veronica Mars - the only fandom I havent written so far - and I'm gonna make it for Pernilla and the pairing is ... [hold your breaths] Lamb/Veronica. Who is Lamb you ask? [I asked that too] It's the sheriff of Veronica Mars land aka. Neptune. Surprised there isn't more to this pairing than she says it is.

Have I told you how much I hate swallowing my pride to phone someone and when I call there's absolutely no answer? Well, I'm telling you now.

I just got back one of the betaings on my Harry/Draco fic and it made my spirits fly. The comments were witty, make me smile, think and hear how good it was. *happy* I might after all actually make this fic through. After all, I have two years on me. That timeline I must keep!

*goes back to write Perfect Symbiosis*

Edit: The Veronica/Don Lamb fic is here

Yes, betas are my life saviours. They can see errors, possible character flaws and stuff that I dont [since i become easily blind and need a second POV]. And if there arent any such errors they give you free feedback ;)

Well, I'm a bit of a grammarwhore, so I'm usually not worried about blatant errors, and what I write is what I consider canon, but when you post your fic on fanfiction.net or something, isn't that also where you get feedback? :3 I've never actually understood the point of a beta unless the beta is just there to grammar-check... ^^;

lol. sure you get feedback on sites like fanfiction.net but the difference is that with beta-feedback you have a chance to edit something that the beta didn't like. lol

Hrm... I guess I see what you mean. ^^;; Though I probably won't be getting a beta any time soon. x_x
