OMGZ, I love OpenOffice

Happy birthday to obliviate, I hope you'll have a fantastic birthday and I know I don't comment that much but I'll try to get better.

One of our cats got her kittens today. Five in total. One of them I've decided to name Pink Panther because... it looks like the pink panther.

The writing's block I got so frustrated about seem to have disappeared a little bit now. I figured out a pretty decent storyline for a Harry/Luna long fan fiction about an object which can create and alter alternative universes. I'm not sure if it's like.. likely but whatever. I'm planning that someone gets a hold of this object before Harry and therefore erases all memory of a boy by the name of Harry Potter. Harry himself, of course exists but no one will remember him but himself (since he's somehow unaffected by the fact that the universe erased all knowledge of him). He'll manage to go to Hogwarts (which of course will cause trouble since no one remembers him) but he manages to get a hold of Luna and convince her of his existance. You know, it will all be really cool to see if I can actually manage to write something more than just This Christmas and put up on FictionAlley. I swear, I'm addicted to that place, not really the HP fandom itself but that place... Gosh, I love it.

I fixed down OpenOffice 2.0 and gosh... I love that too. I recommend everyone to download it because it kicks major ass. Say Hello to my new default document handler.

YAAAY for fanfiction! Hopefully, your writer's block will disappear soon! I've heard about OpenOffice. Don't have time to download it though at the moment. Probably next time.

OpenOffice is the greatest. download at wwww.openoffice.org when you have the time, It's so much prettier and better than Word. Just be sure to download 2.0.2 because 1.4.1 or whatever I had before sucked royally :P

The fanfic sounds great, let me know when it's available for reading. Aside from me being H/L being my HP OTP, I can see how Luna fits into the story since she's more open than most of the other characters and since she's always believed in Harry.

Fantastic :D I'll definately do that. I was having those thoughts exactly. I just have two questions that you might answer;

1) Do you think it's over the top that Harry is contacted by someone who say he doesn't know Harry and the whole thing is sent in a letter?

2) Do you think it's over the top that I get another owl for Harry, named Chester? :P

Doing my best to answer them...

1. Considering everyone in the books seems to know who Harry is, but he doesn't know everyone, I'd say it's fairly possible. =)

2. Well, it depends... what do you do with Hedwig then? If Hedwig also has forgotten Harry, it wouldn't be strange at all for Harry to get another owl. Even if Hedwig stays with Harry, he could still get another owl because Hedwig stands out too much (that's been an issue in the last few books). Hedwig seems a little proud and possessive of Harry though, she wouldn't be too happy about Harry getting another owl. =P
