B/A fan, Spuffy accepting

OK, I blame _a_s_h_l_e_e_ for making me Spuffy shipper... ok, maybe not shipper but at least I've accepted the ship. Still hate Seeing Red but hey, no ship is perfect. I think. Anyway, I feel like writing Spuffy with someone (maybe it will be easier than B/A?). Anyone interested?

And for you B/A fans on my flist, still here - lovin' my OTP. I've just... widended my view or whatever killprettyx said ;) It feels fun to have finally accepted that ship, because it was becoming quite a boring song to say 'I hate that ship' but then again... I need to rewatch the show before I can call myself shipper. So, right now - I'm just Spuffy accepting. But I still want to write Spuffy, just to test my ground.

Right now I'm reading Things Present - Things Past (I know some Spuffy fans love this fic) and I'm going to try and read Hermione/Draco later, but I need that link to Wild Honey again. Hmm.

I watched Touched this morning. First time I've seen it without laughing. It was actually sort of sweet. B/A has some powerful love but Spuffy is more equal... In a way. Angel was too old for Buffy at that point in her life when they were together, and Spike .... well he has the maturity of a two year old sometimes, so they made quite a perfect fit there in the end of season seven since both characters had grown so much. But that's just what I think. Feel free to argue with me.

So, B/A fans - I'm still your friend right?

Lmao, you are allowed to like both. Everyone who knows me knows Spuffy is one of my OTPs, and I totally ship Angel/Cordelia, but see, I use a Bangel icon to SHOW THE LOVE. They were two men who were good for Buffy at different times in her life.

But then again, in my world, there is mad Angel/Buffy/Spike happening. Preferably with oil!

LOL Acceptance is good :-) It's always nice to embrace new things. I enjoy B/A, but I never shipped them (and there were so many moments I could've done without). I think they had a wonderful first love, but she needed someone else when she grew out of that phase. That's true with so many people, and I think Joss was able to hit the point home with how equal she was with Spike. But you read my essay, you know my views ;-)

And hey - if you ever want to read Spuffy fics (AU human, alternate realities, canon, etc.) you can always go to my site *wink wink*
