Julie Benz

I just saw Julie Benz in NCSI and she was just lovely there. I've seen her in Satans School For Girls as well and some other movies. Among that Jawbreaker. And now I just heard that she's in George of the Jungle and in Roswell so I'm gonna see both when I get a chance.

Julie was great in NCSI (I've never seen her do a bad movie so), playing the wife of a marine officer that committed suicide.

One thing I descovered right now when I'm thinking about Julie is that I think that she did an amazing job in season 2 of Angel and well... I found her quite annoying in season 1 of Buffy. Not because she did a bad job (heavens no!) but because of the way her character was there. She was just a hot vampire chick but in Angel she had a backround, a history and somewhat feelings. She and Juliet had great acting chemistry.

Julie and Juliet have great chemistry off-stage too. I've attended a few Q&A sessions with them and they clearly get on very well together. And they both slipped in and out of character very easily too!

They are very nice people. I haven't met anyone from the Whedonverse who isn't: they've all been sweet and down-to-earth, and most of them are big fans themselves!

I know there aren't many events in Europe, and that's so wrong! But I meet friends from Germany, France, Norway and Spain (and other parts of the world) at the UK conventions, so hopefully one day you'll get to one, too :)
