Plus Doctor 1...is alien. He's got 2 hearts and goodness' knows how many other biological differences that we don't know about yet. It may actually not be possible for a Gallifreyan and a human to have a full physical relationship at all. Rose + Clone-Doc can; he's human [or human enough].
