This season I'll be watching the same shows you listed minus Ugly Betty and Smallville and plus House, Bones, and Lost. Unfortunately, I haven't been inspired by any of the new shows debuting this fall but I'll probably end up checking some of them out.
ps: I've read that Skins will air again in Dec (I also read Jan) but I don't know how solid that info is.
