but the thing is... it means that in his coma Sam was hurled back in time where he either managed to become corporeal OR steal someoneelse's body. And his 60s timeline and coma-timeline are like entertwined, cause he experiences stuff and such. So the time continuum is already a bit messed up. Hm, it's interesting isn't it? And yeah, I assume the doctor wouldn't really know in this case cause it's so... weird. But he knows about crossing your own timeline... that it's baaaad.
