*nods* I still cling to the idea that RTD was using one of the cheap ways out so that he could get as much Master/Doctor as possible. *sigh* Although I do think this way is better because then, you don't undermine any of the characters.
(now I suddenly remembered something - if the Doctor fused the circuits and stuff permenantly, how could he have got the TARDIS to work? I'm sure that the Master is more than capable to fix a TARDIS.)
