I'm gonna attack the poor postal office with question.... oh wait, I just remembered that my town doesn't have a postal office *headdesk* damn cut-downs. Oh well, where you buy the stamps I suppose I can ask there.

Stuff like that sucks. And the sad thing is that I don't think I can afford it. I feel kinda evil.
