University musings
Feb. 16th, 2008 03:40 pmI'm sitting here once again musing over what Scottish university I feel is most suitable for me, as many of you know I plan to study all of my 3-4 years of university at a non-Swedish university so I can get more cultural experiences, and I'm once again stuck between choosing either St. Andrews or Edinburgh. As I understand it, Edinburgh is larger, which means that there's more people, which is good because that means that there are more potential friends. Whereas St. Andrews has a more pleasing architecture I think and seems to be more "homey", kinda like my high school is. There's a larger variety of subjects at Edinburgh from what I can understand but St. Andrews still feels like a place I want to go. I'm interested in studying Sociology and Politics, two programmes that St. Andrews doesn't have, but St. Andrews has other fine programmes (and I think I'm most interested in studying Psychology anyway so....). I don't know.
