Sleeping patterns.
Nov. 1st, 2004 03:00 pmI'm getting so annoyed with myself. I don't have a regular sleeping pattern - at all. I can go to bed around 1 AM but be really awake but then at 1 PM I'm exhausted, so I go to bed and everything starts all over again.
I've tried not to go to sleep if I'm tried but that just ends up with me forgetting it and I just get a lack of sleep. Does anyone know any good tricks to make me more awake and so that I can go to bed in decent time so I can sleep and not be tired in the morning?
